The Shed Meeting Room
A meeting room with a story.
Our meeting room is fondly nicknamed ‘The Shed’. Tucked into an established orchard with a black corrugated exterior, it has seen its fair share of a hard days work. It’s now living a new life as a beautiful and light meeting space, complete with french doors opening out to the cottage garden. The Shed seats up to eight (or ten, at a pinch!), and tea, french press coffee and water are provided.
We also supply a whiteboard and a carpark for the duration of your meeting, and you’ll have access to the kitchenette, bathroom and Fibre internet. You are welcome to bring in food or catering, and we can recommend local places for delicious treats.
Whether you’re running a client meeting, a team workshop, a board session, or just need a proper space for a video call, The Shed is here for it. Prices are GST exclusive.

Hourly
Perfect for shorter meetings or video conference calls. Available from 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday.
$120
Half Day (four hours)
Ideal for longer conferences or back to back meetings with multiple clients. Available from 9am-1pm or 1pm-5pm, Monday to Friday.
$200
Full Day
Need our space for the entire day? No problem. As mentioned above, you are welcome to bring in food or catering for your guests. Otherwise, we are happy to recommend local places for lunch. Bathroom facilities are in the adjacent building.

Members Rates
As a member of Kindred, you have access to the meeting room at special rates. It’s free on a ‘if otherwise empty’ basis, or if you need the certainty, you can book in starting from $25 per hour.
